Is the discovery call really free?
Yes. It's a free 30-minute call, and there's no obligation to continue after — you'll leave with a clear plan and a price either way.
How long does a project actually take?
Most brand-and-website packages go live in 4 to 5 weeks from your discovery call. E-commerce and booking builds typically take 6 to 8 weeks because of payment gateway setup and testing. You'll get a specific date after the design direction call.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — standard terms are 50% to start and 50% on launch. For the e-commerce package, we can split into three milestone payments; ask about this on the discovery call.
Do I own the website once it's done?
Yes. You own the domain, the hosting account, and every design file outright. We don't lock clients into ongoing contracts to keep their own site running.
